| Rules of Participation
The New York City Broadway winner will receive Two tickets to a Broadway Show to be selected by the winner. All arrangements will be made by The Manhattan Club and the cost of the tickets is limited to $350 per pair of tickets. The bonus drawing for those providing online referrals will be for a second pair of Broadway Show tickets subject to the same limitations noted above. Odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entries received. Entries must be received by 6/30/2012. Drawing will be held on or before 7/15/2012 and winner will be notified in writing. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2012. Prize value is up to $350. No purchase is necessary to participate. Purchase will not increase chances of winning. Must be 21 or over. Void where prohibited. Employees of The Manhattan Club, its parent company and affiliates, and their families are not eligible to participate. No alternative prize, cash or other substitution is permitted unless at the discretion of Sponsor. Prize is not transferable. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. By accepting this prize, the winner releases Sponsor, and its respective officers, employees and agents from all liability associated with the drawing and the prize. The winner agrees to allow his or her name and likeness to be used by Sponsor for advertising purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law. General Contest Terms & Conditions By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. If selected as the winner, by accepting prize, winner agrees to Sponsor's use (unless prohibited by law) of his or her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes without further permission or compensation. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Contest at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security or proper play of the Contest. |
