1. Dates of Contest: January 1, 2008 through
December 31, 2008. Drawing will be held at the end of each month and at the end of the year. Subject to termination without notice.
2. Eligibility to participate: Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
3. Disqualified Parties: The following parties are not eligible to participate: employees of The Manhattan Club, and their families
and residents of any of the New York City boroughs.
4. By registering to participate, participant agrees to accept all terms and conditions of these contests.
5. No purchase is necessary to participate and purchasing will not increase chances of winning.
6. Void where prohibited by law.
7. Each registering participant will be entered into the annual drawing and each monthly drawing
that takes place subsequent to participant’s date of registration.
8. Sponsor: The Discover Broadway Contest is sponsored by selling
agent for The Manhattan Club, New York City's first timeshare property located at 200 West 56th Street, New York, NY 10019, 1-888-692-2121.
9. Monthly Contest Winners: A monthly drawing will be held within 5 business days of the close of each calendar month. One winner will be drawn from each drawing. Winner will be required to sign and return a release of liability and declaration of eligibility within 10 days of notification of prize. Winner and Guest
must agree to the use of his/her name and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return the completed and executed declaration and releases within the prescribed time, prize will be forfeited. In the event of a dispute, an on-line entry shall be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account.
All winners are final. Winners will be notified in writing.
10. Annual Contest Prize: 7-Nights double accommodations at an RCI Europe Resort of your choice, including round trip airfare for two, plus, $500 to spend during your vacation, in the form of a Visa card or check.
Accommodations are provided based on availability and some restrictions may apply. Arrangements for coach class air and resort accommodations will be made by The Manhattan Club. Airfare cost is limited to reasonable and customary cost of travel from NYC to Europe, at the sole discretion of the sponsor. Odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entries received. Drawing will be held on December 31, 2008. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2009.
Winner will be be notified in writing. Prize value is approximately $4,000 (may vary based upon destination). No purchase is necessary to participate. Must be 21 or over. No alternative prize, cash or other substitution is permitted
unless at discretion of Sponsor. Prize is not transferable. All
federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the
winner. Any cost incurred due to changes in travel dates made after
tickets have been issued shall be the responsibility of the prize winner.
Monthly contest Prize: Winner will receive a pair of Broadway theater tickets (approximate value is $220).
Tickets awarded to winners in monthly drawings may vary based on availability. No alternative prize, cash or other substitution is permitted unless at the discretion of Sponsor.
All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Sponsor is not responsible for performance cancellation or cast member substitutions.
11. Annual Contest Travel Arrangements: European travel and accommodations must
be booked in advance of travel by contacting The Manhattan Club, and are subject to availability. Certain date restrictions may
apply.
12. General Terms & Conditions: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. If selected as a winner, by accepting a prize, winner agrees to Sponsor's use (unless prohibited by law) of his or her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes without further permission or compensation. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for:
(i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Contest at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security or proper play of the Contest.
13. Winners’ List & Official Rules: By entering, each
participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions
